The hotel Amfibia Beach Hotel Complex is around 30 km from Burgas (Nessebar around 3 km). A sandy beach is around 200 m from the hotel. A supermarket is in the vicinity of the hotel. It is only 100 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. In the evening, you can go dancing in a nightclub in the hotel’s surroundings. For mobility there is a bus stop (approx. 500 m away). Locations further away can be reached via the railway station in a distance of around 37 km. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 1 km away. The airport (BOJ) is approx. 27 km away. Another airport (VAR) is located approx. 100 km away.

Partially renovated in 2023, the 5-storey beach hotel has 107 rooms, and spread over one main building and 2 adjoining buildings. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 4 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for a fee) as well as a parking area (for a fee). For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned). You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Ironing service is free of charge.
