CONTRACTED RATES FOR 2021-2022 TERMS AND CONDITIONS VALID FROM 09/10/2021-31/03/2022

* Valid for All Market except UAE Residence. * Compulsory New Year's Eve Gala dinner in a lavish Buffet Dinner and inclusive of unlimited Regular Beverages during the celebration along with live entertainment. * Mandatory Minimum stays of 03 nights during New Year’s Eve (ie) 30th Dec. / 31st Dec.2021 & 1st Jan. 2022). * No check in /checkout on New Year’s Eve (31st December 2021).

MEAL SUPPLEMENT: Meal supplement charges are per person per meal, and can be availed at Al Shindagha Restaurant.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME: * Check-In time is 14:00 hrs and Check-Out time is at 12:00 hrs (noon time). * 24HRS check in / Checkout During Summer Only for Australian and New Zealand Markets. * Late Check-Out until 18:00 hrs; will be charged 50% of the daily room rate. * Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are on request and subject to the availability.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY: Early departure over major exhibitions and New Year’s will be charged for the full length of stay reserved and no refunds are allowed.

INCIDENTAL CHARGES It is the Hotel’s policy that guests leave a credit card imprint or cash deposit with the front desk for extra charges.

CHILD POLICY: * Children up to 12 years stay free when sharing existing bedding in the parents' room. * Extra bed option is available, rate as per the contract per bed based on the confirmed meal plan and subject to availability. Baby cots are free of charge, subject to availability and should be requested at the time of the booking. * Children from 1-5 years eat free in our main restaurant while accompanied with their parents, when either a BB rate or HB/FB has been booked. This privilege is not extended to RO packages. * Children from 6 to 11 years are subject to 50 % discount on Food & Beverages (except when selecting from the Kids’ Menu). Discount may not be applicable during promotions. * Children of 12 years and above pay full adult rate for rooms and all Food & Beverages consumption. * Early Bird and the Non-Refundable offers will not be applicable on the Extra bed supplement.

EXECUTIVE ROOM BENEFITS All guests staying at the Executive Floor would be entitled to the following: * Tea / Coffee & Juices available at the lounge throughout the day from 09 am -11pm. * Happy hour from 5:30pm – 8:00pm with cocktails, canapés & beverages. * Fruit Basket in the Rooms. * Free internet access at Executive Lounge & Business Centre. * Late check out till 4:30pm (subject to room availability) & room extension on priority basis. * Newspaper can be provided on request. * Guaranteed High Floors between 08th – 10th Floors. * Upgraded amenities.
